Think Progress' Progress Report Team has compiled a list of 43 appointees by President Bush that helped him secure a spot among our worst presidents.

You really think Dubya could have accomplished all of this on his lonesome? No way.

To get a sense of the overwhelming incompetence Bush brought to Washington, here's a couple of guys who didn't make the cut: the former No. 3 official at the CIA, who allegedly received bribes in the form of prostitutes, and Homeland Security Deputy Press Secretary Brian Doyle, who resigned after being charged in an online child pornography sting.

Really, you almost have to be trying to be this bad of a leader. But Dubya has made it all look so easy.
