I've seen enough of the promos between NBA playoff games to finally ask the question: How is Meet the Browns not a prime-time example of coonery?
Also, Tyler Perry is not fulfilling the dream.
Where are the Mau-Maus when you need them?

young, i had to sit through a whole movie-length ad for that thang.
joint was awful.
Yeah, fam. I just couldn't do it to myself.
Between all the dancing, the high-pitched voices and the clothes, all they're missing is a set in a watermelon patch.
Yeah, Tyler Perry is really becoming King Koon. And now with Oprah backing him, the foolishness will only increase.
how funny. i JUST finished watching a MTB commercial and jumped online to blog about this madness. You beat me to the punch. Good job. lol.
I was thinking the same thing. We went from Good Times --> The Cosby Show --> Meet the Browns. I'll even toss in Living Single and A Different World.
Someone needs to check Ty Perry's moving-on-up meter, he's rising to the top by setting us back with tomfoolery. Not cool.
although he can get himself a pass w/ me for whatever involvement he has w/ the screen adaptation of Push. That joint looks like it's gonna be fire.
Eh, I dunno. T.P. has set folks back pretty far over the past few years.
I've never been able to make it through any of his works. But I'll give him a fair shake on this one.
Maybe.
