An e-mail from a friend this morning - who rushed off to the gym to fit in a quick workout - reminded me that I never have enough time to stay in shape the way that I want.
If only there was a workout plan that was effective and time-efficient:

LOL. So true about there not being enough time!
I was reading somewhere that LL Cool J, for instance, works out about five times a week.
If only. At my peak shape - post-football days - I was working out about four days a week but going twice a day.
In the morning, to lift and run. And in the evening, to run fullcourt hoops for a couple hours.
It was truly the life of a young bachelor.
